How to order
Plain $50, lemon $55, or caramel $60. Each cake is a whole pound cake, baked to order.
Please reserve at least five days ahead so the crumb can rest and the glaze can set.
I get your kitchen ticket by email and text when you reserve. You can also send it yourself. I will write back to confirm the day and any finishing touches.

Yes. Create your bakery page on this phone. It keeps your name, picture, cakes, tickets, and notes here so you can bake again, pay, or write me. Sign in opens it. I get a short welcome note with your name, email, and phone. I do not keep a customer list of passwords.
Pickup is the day you asked for. I will write back to confirm the place and time. Your bakery page keeps the next cake on this phone, with how to pay as the day gets close. The home page and Start here show it too. You can print a pickup card for the fridge. After the cake has done its work, Start here will ask you to leave a sweet memory. Yes. Give a cake lets you hold one with their name in mind. After you reserve, print a tag and tie it on the bag. Pickup is still in Atlanta and surrounding areas. Please give me five days.
Please do. Sweet memories has a note that reaches my table when you hold it. This phone can keep a copy on your bakery page and Start here. After the cake has done its work, Start here will ask you to write one. Email or text stays as a backup.
Covered at cool room temperature the first day. Leftover slices keep two days on the counter, or a week in the fridge. After pickup has the full note, and you can print a card to tuck in the bag.

After pickup
The cake is at its best the day you bring it home. A little care keeps every later slice as buttery as the first. Print a card to tuck in the bag.
Keep the cake covered at cool room temperature. The crumb stays tender, and the glaze stays glossy.
Use a long, thin knife. Wipe the blade between slices so each plate looks like it left my kitchen.
Wrap slices well. They keep two days on the counter, or a week in the fridge. Let a chilled slice come back to room temperature before you pour the coffee.
